April 11, 2016  –  Findlay, OH  –  Recognizing the ongoing disparity in the currency exchange between U.S. and Canadian dollars, the ISC is announcing that the entry fee for the 2016 ISC World Tournament and ISC 50+ Legends Championship is being set at $350 USD for Canadian teams.

“In order to ensure that all of the top men’s fastball teams from across North America continue to make the ISC World Tournament their choice, we’re essentially taking the currency conversion out of the entry fee,” said ISC Executive Director Larry Fisher, noting that at current exchange rates, the entry fee in Canadian dollars is approximately $450, the same as it is for U.S. teams in American dollars.

“We hope that this incentive will be attractive for all of our friends north of the border and we look forward to seeing all of you at the Green Valley Complex in Quad Cities in August,” said Fisher.

Teams that have already qualified for or have been invited to the 2016 ISC World Tournament can pay their entry fee online through the convenience and security of PayPal on the ISC website at http://iscfastpitch.com/paypal-2/. Canadian teams and U21 teams must contact Larry Fisher for an invoice number prior to their transaction. U.S. teams can pay directly via the drop down menu.

All ISC fees for out-of-region players are still payable in U.S. dollars and can also be paid via PayPal and all teams will need to contact Larry Fisher to confirm their amount owing and the receive an invoice number.
