September 16, 2016 – The following rule changes were approved by the ISC Board of Directors effective for the 2017 season:

RESIDENCY – pg 154 – CURRENT RULE: Approved Out-Of-Region players on all ISC teams must play in at least one approved ISC Qualifying event or in invitational tournaments in both June and July, with their current year’s team, to be eligible for World Tournament play.

NEW RULE: “Approved Out-Of-Region players on all ISC teams must play in at least one approved ISC Qualifying event or in invitational tournaments in July, with their current year’s team, to be eligible for World Tournament play.”

OUT-OF-REGION PITCHERS – pg 154 – CURRENT RULE: Team rosters for all ISC Championship play shall be restricted to two (2) out-of-region pitchers. Pitcher is defined as any player on an 18-man roster who pitches in ISC Championship competition. The two (2) pitchers for ISC Championship play are deemed to be the first two (2) that pitch in ISC Championship play in any bracket.

NEW RULE“Teams shall be allowed 3 pitchers with only 1 being a PRAWN pitcher.”
