Saskatoon, SK — Registration is officially open for the International Softball Congress (ISC) Legends and the newly introduced 60+ division, marking an exciting expanded structure for the upcoming tournament circuit.
To ensure clear distinction between the age groups, the ISC has formally designated the new 60+ division as the ISC Masters, a 4-game guarantee tournament, while maintaining the established ISC Legends format.
Keith Erkenbrack, Tournament Director for both divisions, announced the official schedule for the dual events:
“The Masters will play from starting the opening weekend until Monday, August 16, while the Legends will start on Wednesday with the last day being on “Championship Saturday”, August 21.”
The momentum builds following a strong showing at last year’s event in Melbourne, Ontario, where 15 teams battled for the title before the Parksville Red Sox ultimately emerged as ISC Legends champions. With the launch of the Masters division, organizers anticipate surpassing last year’s participation numbers as veteran athletes from across the region return to the diamond.
