New OOR Player Form Now Available Team managers can use the new Out-of-Region Player Form to provide the ISC with a full list of their OOR players. The new form is on the ISC website on the Forms page. And a reminder that pre-season rosters are due May 15 – please send the completed Excel file to the email addresses at the bottom of the form.
