As part of our landmark 80th-anniversary celebration of the ISC World Tournament, fans recently cast their votes for their favorite teams of each decade. Your voices were heard loud and clear, and we have used those results to seed a powerhouse 8-team bracket.
We are officially launching the All-Time Team Showdown!
Eight legendary teams from eight different eras are going head-to-head in a single-elimination bracket. Only one can walk away with the crown of the Greatest Team in ISC History. The power is entirely in your hands.
Here are your Quarter Final matchups:
- Quarter Final #1: 1980 Pay ‘n Pak (Bellevue, WA) vs. 1940/50s Nitehawks (Long Beach, CA)
An epic clash of eras. Can the dominant force of the early pioneers withstand the high-flying energy of the 1980 Bellevue squad? - Quarter Final #2: 1990 Gators (Toronto, ON) vs. 2000 Travelers (Broken Bow, NE)
A border-crossing battle of turn-of-the-century titans. Ontario’s 1990 powerhouse takes on Nebraska’s legendary 2000 champions. - Quarter Final #3: 1970 Nitehawks (Long Beach, CA) vs. 2020 Gremlins (Clifton Park, NY / Melbourne, ON)
The golden age of California fastpitch collides with the modern-day dominance of the Gremlins. - Quarter Final #4: 2010 Chiefs (Simcoe, ON) vs. 1960 Nitehawks (Long Beach, CA)
The 2010 powerhouse from Simcoe faces off against the legendary 1960 edition of the Long Beach dynasty.
How to Vote
Each Quarter Final will be released separately, starting with #1 1980’s vs. 1940/50’s. This voting will be open 3 days (July 15-17, 2026) and the result will be announced July 18.
– July 19-21 you are able to vote for Quarter Final #2 (1990’s vs. 2000’s), announcement on July 22
– July 23-25 vote for your favorite team in the third Quarter Final, announced on July 26
– July 27-29 the last quarter final between 2010’s and 1960’s. Announcement on July 30.
START SEMI FINALS
On July 31st we will combine both semi finals in 1 voting, where you can vote for your 2 favorite teams. This semi finals will run until August 2.
FINALS
The finals will be announced on August 3, and you can voted up to August 7 (One day before the start of the ISC). We will announce the winner of the All-Time Team Showdown at the 6PM game that will be broadcast on Premier TV.
