Kelso Klassic Returns as ISC Qualifier in 2023

Blair Setford • January 29, 2023

June 9-11, 2023 for 36th Annual Kelso Klassic

The 36th edition of the Kelso Klassic Fastpitch Tournament is scheduled for June 9 - 11 and it will be an ISC qualifier, provided we get a minimum of six teams to participate.

We would love to get back to the good ol' days of 10 plus teams if possible and organizers are asking for some help getting the word out.

Rick Heuring will be posting  updates on the Kelso Fastpitch Facebook page.

You can contact Larry Eftink or Rick with any questions. Look forward to hearing from everyone.

Thanks!

Tony Wark: From Little League to the Big Leagues of Men’s Fastpitch
By Brian Eradus March 29, 2025
With a baseball background and a hockey stick in one hand, Tony Wark stumbled onto the fastpitch diamond at age 12—and hasn’t looked back since. Now 25, he’s a mainstay at 1B for the Midland Explorers, where he proudly wears jersey #18. Hailing from Reese, Michigan, Tony’s early days with the Munger Firemen youth team have led him to the heights of men’s fastpitch, fueled by an unmistakable passion for the game.
