In 2026, it proudly observes a major achievement for 80 years: the International Softball Congress (ISC) in men’s fastpitch.

To mark this incredible heritage, the ISC is celebrating, and we invite you, our fans, to join in making history.
As part of the celebrations to mark the 80th Anniversary of the ISC, fans will help decide:

Right from the early pioneers of the 1940s and 1950s through the modern greats of today, this project gives the fast pitch community the opportunity to celebrate excellence every decade. YOUR votes, YOUR memories, YOUR passion are what will help shape ISC history!
How Voting Works
We’re opening voting windows for each decade of ISC history, allowing fans time to reflect, debate, and cast their votes.
Voting Schedule:
- 1960s: February 15 – March 1
- 1970s: March 5 – March 19
- 1980s: March 23 – April 6
- 1990s: April 10 – April 24
- 2000s: April 28 – May 12
- 2010s: May 16 – May 30
- 2020s: June 3 – June 17

🎉 Final recognition will take place at the ISC World Tournament in Melbourne, Ontario, where the greatest players and teams in men’s fastpitch history will be officially honoured.
Who Is Eligible?
The ISC has pre-selected players and teams based on historical excellence and minimum achievements:
Players:
- 5x ISC All-World selections
or - Multiple ISC MVP awards
Pitchers:
- 5x ISC All-World selections
or - Multiple MVP / Top Pitcher awards
Teams:
- ISC World Tournament Champions
or - Multiple Top-5 finishes
This ensures every nominee represents the highest standard of performance in ISC history.
