NorthEast Drillers 7, Toronto Batmen 5 (8:30 AM)

The morning session kicked off with a hard-fought offensive battle where the NorthEast Drillers outlasted the Toronto Batmen 7-5. The Drillers jumped out early with three runs in the top of the second inning and 2 more in the third inning, but the Batmen answered with four runs of their own in the bottom of the fourth. The Drillers were able to score 2 extra runs in the late innings. While Toronto scored once in the 6th inning, it wasn’t enough to overcome the Drillers’ attack. Rogelio Sequera spearheaded the Drillers’ offense, going 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI, and two runs scored.

Bear Creek Gremlins 4, Hill United Chiefs 2 (10:30 AM)

The Bear Creek Gremlins engineered a tight 4-2 victory over the Hill United Chiefs in mid-morning play. The Chiefs got on the board first with a solo run in the top of the second, but the Gremlins chipped away with a run in the fourth before striking for three massive runs in the bottom of the fifth frame. A late seventh-inning run by Hill United wasn’t enough to spark a full comeback against the Gremlins’ balanced pitching staff. Jerome Raemaki set the table beautifully for Bear Creek, finishing 1-for-3 with a walk, an RBI, and two runs scored.

JDT First Energy flexed its muscle in the early afternoon, dictating the tempo to cruise to a dominant 9-2 victory over the Toronto Batmen. The Batmen scored first in the second inning by a couple of hits and a fielder’s choice, giving them a 2-0 score. JDT First Energy first came on the board in the bottom of the third, scoring 1 run. In the 5th inning JDT Jonathan Lynch started of the inning with a single, and after 2 quick strike outs JDT collected a total of 5 hits, including a homerun by Jeff Lyons to get 5 extra runs on the board. In the 6th they added 3 more insurance runs to take the win vs. the Batman. Jeff Lyons put on a clinic for JDT First Energy, driving in over half of his team’s runs by going 3-for-4 with five RBIs and a run scored.

Bear Creek Gremlins 6, JDT First Energy 3 (5:30 PM)

The Bear Creek Gremlins completed a perfect Saturday afternoon by taking down JDT First Energy 6-3. JDT First Energy drew first blood in the bottom of the first inning with a double by Alejo Munoz, scoring Pomeroy fo a 0-1 score.. The Gremlins erupted in the top of the second, answering with two runs with a triple by Tane Mumu and a double by Tyler Damon, and adding another three, with the help of a solo home runs by Enoka and Evans. in the third to surge ahead 5-1. JDT First Energy chipped away with solo runs in the fourth and fifth frames, but the Gremlins added an insurance run in the sixth to put the game on ice. Cole Evans led the Gremlins’ charge, going 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBIs, and two runs scored.

Hill United extended their lead to 5-0 with a two-run inning in the top of the fourth. The Express fought back in the bottom half of the frame, scoring two runs to trim the lead, but the pitching staff closed the door from there. Alan Peker provided the major power stroke for the Chiefs, launching a solo home run as part of a 1-for-3 night at the dish.

The Hammer offense capitalized on opportunities late in the game, plating two runs in the bottom of the fifth and adding another pair in the sixth frame. Toronto Batmen U23 9, Sebringville Sting 2 (12:30 PM)

In an early afternoon clash, the Toronto Batmen U23 dominant hitting secured a swift 9-2 victory over Sebringville Sting 180. The Sting struck first with a run in the top of the first inning, but the Batmen U23 responded instantly with a run in the bottom of the third. In the bottom of the fourth the Batmen’s bats erupted scoring 8 runs on 6 singles, 2 triples and a walk, A run by the Sting in the top of the fifth scored the second run for the Sting, but the Batmen U23 already had a comfortable lead to finish the game 9-2. Nick Mcgrayne carried the offense, finishing 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI.

Kingston Axemen 2026 11, Sebringville Sting 4 (7:30 PM)

The Kingston Axemen kept their offense rolling late into Saturday evening, securing a dominant 11-4 victory over the Sebringville Sting. The Sting showed flashes of fight, scoring once in the second, once in the fourth, and twice in the fifth. However, the Axemen broke the game wide open by pouring in sixth runs in the bottom of the first, one in the bottom third and another four in the sixth frame. The Elgins offense jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning and added five runs in the fifth frame to cement control. The Batmen U23 attempted a late-inning response with two runs in the bottom of the seventh, but they simply ran out of outs. Mitch Roy was spectacular yet again, finishing 1-for-4 with a triple, three RBIs, and a run scored.
